Matchmaker Monday

Welcome to my revamped site! Mondays are now dedicated to matching you, my wonderful reader, with writing contests, ya agents, editors who are searching for submissions, retreats and other odds and ends. If you have the skinny on some great links, please share! We’re all in this together.

Now, onto the first Matchmaker Monday link…

leaves

Fall has come softly to Vermont. The leaves have faded, like someone switched off the spigot. I find the irony and the joy in the upcoming splash of color– that grand spectacle mother nature throws for us as the last great hoo-haa before the time of gray and white arrives. It has to be enough to hold us over a long, cold and colorless span of time.

But, we aren’t there yet. Peak’s just around the corner. So when I found this wonderful retreat from my dear friend, Mom (yes, this is a link to her site), well, I just had to pass it along.

Writing for the Soul: Online Writing Retreat

This free online writing retreat starts today and runs through October 3rd.  All of the materials are available on their website, and there is no need to sign up in advance.

So, need some inspiration?

My best to you-

Sue
